config dir case mismatch result in vfs class unloading

      put the vfs cache timeout to 120 seconds, start jboss default config (folder)
      run.bat -cDefault (upper D en folder name is default)
      access a servlet of your deployed application
      wait vfs cache expires (cleanup)
      access the same servlet: HTTP 404

      Suggestion:
      1. server start fail if the casing of configuration -c and folder name mismatch with a clear message
      2. vfs cache context root not sensitive for case
