cannot configure boot logger to show DEBUG information in boot.log, seems to be stuck at the INFO level

    Description

      I added the following line bin/run.conf and still could only get INFO in AS boot.log.

      JAVA_OPTS="$JAVA_OPTS -Djboss.boot.server.log.level=DEBUG"
