@FacesValidator annotated class not registered as Validator

      Take a simple web application, annotate a class with @FacesValidator and hit the web page that uses validator.

    Description

      The presence of @FacesValidator [1] annotation on a class should automatically registers the class with the runtime as a Validator. However, AS 6.0.0.M4 fails to do so. Use of @FacesValidator worked in M3.
