Multiple EARs with same EJB fail to deploy

      See attached test app. Deploy the two ears into the containers, one will deploy correctly, the other will report an error.

      When there are two ear's, each containing the same EJB, the first ear deploys correctly, the second gets an error due to a binder component with the same name being deployed to the microcontainer.
