      Extract from the xmlsec.jar the file xmlsecurity_en.properties, rename it to xmlsecurity.properties, add the new properties file to all JARs containing it, e.g. xmlsec.jar, jbossall-client.jar.

      Our client application which runs on Windows with the Polish locale cannot login to the JBoss AS running on Linux. When we switch the Windows locale to German everything works.

      xmlsec-*.jar does not include a default /org/apache/xml/security/resource/xmlsecurity.properties (included are de and en) this causes problems on systems which locale is neither German nor English.
