Attached is a (mavenized) test program that does the following:

1) Connects to the Profile Service of an (unsecured) AS instance on localhost:1099
2) Tries to add a binding set with an invalid default hostname
3) Tries to add the binding set again, this time with a valid hostname

Both 2) and 3) fail.
