We do not provide a "real" commons logging anymore. Thus if an application wants to override logging by completely replacing commons logging plus the underlying framework of their choice (probably log4j) then they have to provide both JARs; therefore, we can no longer filter that package via the tomcat/src/resources/war-deployers-jboss-beans.xml directive.
