tests-jacc-securitymgr test server fails to start with OpenJDK 6

      Comment out the "java.security.debug" statement in imports/server-config.xml of testsuite, until the OpenJDK6 bug is fixed.

      Comment out the "java.security.debug" statement in imports/server-config.xml of testsuite, until the OpenJDK6 bug is fixed.

      This test server runs with security manager and a server.policy file. The test target boots fine with Sun JDK 6.
