Ensure each AS Service removes all of its Threads after undeployment / Server Shutdown

    Description

      Container task.

      Server.shutdown() must take down all non-Daemon Threads run during the start lifecycle, else the VM won't be able to exit without an explicit call to Runtime.exit().
