    Description

      Remove the AS dependence upon org.jboss.bootstrap:jboss-bootstrap (legacy) for jboss-bootstrap-impl-as.

      To be done in Branch_5_x_BootstrapLegacyRemoval to facilitate testing before merging back to Branch_5_x.
