'local-transaction' prop is missing from the template for Tx ConnectionFactories

      The property should be in the template, since it is present in the set of properties for an existing Tx CF and its view use is CONFIGURATION , e.g.:

      name=local-transaction, mappedName=localTransactions, viewUse=CONFIGURATION, mandatory=false, value= SimpleMetaType:java.lang.Boolean:false
