WAR filteredPackages should include subpackages recursively

    Description

      There is a filteredPackages option on the WarClassLoaderDeployer.

      In previous releases this allowed you to specify a list of packages that were excluded from the War ClassLoader.

      The current implementation treats it as a list of explicit packages.
