Startup of jboss4.2.3 in eclipse

      after creating a server configuration in eclipse,when i tried to start ,after a little while,a warn window is coming that the server has failed to start within 50 seconds and configuration need to changed.

      what i have to configure and where in eclipse(using ganymade)
