Fix JBossWS Integration

      We're reusing stack deployment macros at the moment.
      Unfortunately this approach is error prone and we do not
      have the real control over which webservice artifacts will
      be really incorporated with the AS release because many
      JBossWS introduced jars are later overwritten by JBossAS
      distribution build process.
