Verify HA EJB2/EJB3 client layers handle Remoting layer interruption correctly

      The aim here is to create simple UTs that guarantee that if an interrruption
      occurs in the Remoting layer when using UnifiedInvokerHAProxy or
      ClusterChooseInterceptor, these handle it correctly propagating it back up
      and allowing further invocations to happen on the chosen node.
