When deploying servlets without servlet mapping AS should warn users

      To help dumb newbie web developers like me when we're doing things
      incorrectly, JBoss Web deployer should warn users when they deploy
      servlets without servlet mapping!!

      In AS 5.x, this should be done after the JBossWebAppParsingDeployer and
      the annotation deployer (servlet mappings could be defined via annotations).
