HttpNamingContextFactory does neither support multiple URLs, nor load balancing nor failover

      HttpNamingContextFactory doesn't have to logic built into it to parse multiple URLs.
      Also, the naming proxy you'll get won't have automatic loadbalancing, failure detection
      and failover in it.
