CachedConnectionBankStressTestCase fails with instance per transaction BMP

      The org.jboss.test.jca.test.CachedConnectionBankStressTestCase fails
      when using the default instance per transaction BMP of jBoss5.

      For now, I've reverted it to pessimistic and commit option A like jboss-4.2
      but this test needs investigating to understand whether the test is broken
      or there is a problem in the BMP 1.1 under instance per transaction.
