Remove the old JMSContainerInvoker and ServerSessionPool

      The old EJB2.0 JMSContainerInvoker and supporting classes needs removing from the server module.
      With one exception (start/stopDelivery) all the features (+many others) are now supported in the jca inbound jms rar.

      This will remove a dependency on the XIDFactory from the old transaction project which shouldn't even be there.
