Create a release tag JBossBuild_1_1_6 which includes JBBUILD-381 (allows more than one build instance from within the same process, one for the regular thirdparty build and one for the testsuite thirdparty build) and other changes that were committed after JBossBuild_1_1_5 release.
Update jbossbuild.jar in all the above branches.
