Fork a second notification listener from ListenerServiceMBeanSupport to get rid of handleNotification2

      A cleaner interface to support dynamic subscriptions would be to fork another notification listener, so that overriding handleNotification2(..) is not longer needed.

      In any case, maintain backwards compatibility.
