Switch to JSF1.2 Glassfish implementation

      Replace the MyFaces implementation with the JSF1.2 Glassfish one.

      This change combined with the update to Tomcat 6 (through JBossWeb)

      Ideally we should be able to switch between the 2 JSF implementations.
