AcceptNonWarDirs attribute of AbstractWebContainerMBean not exposed for .war deployer

      When the .war deployer was xmbean-ized the AcceptNonWarDirs attribute of AbstractWebContainerMBean was dropped, so re-instantiate it in the xmbean descriptor.
