I selected "all" but directory server/all is missing after install

    Description

      I installed JBoss 4.0.4.GA through "java -jar jboss-4.0.4.GA-Patch1-installer.jar"
      PROBLEM : I selected "all" in "Install type" but after install the "server/all" directory is missing, I get only "server/default" directory.
      So JBoss server cannot start in "all" mode (run.sh -c all).
