Create a repository image of the jbossas dist to control dependencies

      Several projects (installer, ide, cache, jbpm, webservices, ...) have dependencies on jbossas binaries, but these jars are not available in a canonical representation in the repository. This needs to be done to manage these dependencies correctly.
