A new test case failure popped up today for webservices. I can see that the code was refactored earlier this morning for this test. Can you give me an idea of the scope of this failure? e.g. if it is just a problem with the test, we can push it's fix to a later release, if it is indicitive of a greater problem we need hold up the 4.0.4.CR2 release.
I pinged Jason about this issue, but he referred me to Thomas.
