JBoss-IIOP's Log4jLoggerFactory Should Only Be Configured By log4j.xml

      JBoss-IIOP's Log4jLoggerFactory uses jacorb.properties for its logging configuration. This is confusing because it causes unexpected behavior when trying to apply logger/category configuration via log4j.xml. See the forum post for more information. Patch diffs are forthcoming...
