org.jboss.test.jbossmq.test.Jms11UnitTest should be excluded from the compatibility tests

      The failing JMS tests against 3.2.6 & 3.2.7 client binaries are due to those versions supporting the JMS 1.0.2 spec.

      3.2.8 is upgraded to the JMS1.1. spec, so the org.jboss.test.jbossmq.test.Jms11UnitTest needs to be excluded from the tests.
