Update the remoting version to a stable release

      The thirdparty dependcies on remoting seem to be an unstable version, and certainly the serialization version is unreleased:

      <componentref name="jboss/remoting" version="1.4.0_beta"/>
      <componentref name="jboss/serialization" version="snapshot"/>

      This need to be synchronized with the ejb3 dependencies and brought to a stable version for 4.0.4RC1.
