.wsr Webservices are 3.x only.
The MainDeployer in 5.0 and probably 4.0 lists them still as vaild ending.

SuffixOrderHelper should have them commented out (IIrc, there are a few other places as well).

If it is ok to remove it, I'll do it (assign the issue to me)
