Due to the changes in jboss-4.0 alias, you can't correctly build previous versions of the jboss 4.0 series.

For instance:

cvs co -rJBoss_4_0_2 jboss-4.0
cd jboss-4.0/build
./build.sh

...
[execmodules] Missing build file; skipping module: hibernate
....

Obviously, this is very bad for things like support patches.

So we need to revert the change of the module names (this won't impact jboss-4.0.x)
