EJB3 profile needs DefaultJMSProvider

      When I try to run the mdb tutorial against the installer's ejb3 profile, NameNotFoundException: DefaultJMSProvider not bound.

      Steps to repro:

      1. run the installer, and select the ejb3 profile
      2. run the ejb3 mdb tutorial against this server

      The test will fail and you will receive the following in the server.log:

      16:50:15,363 WARN [ServiceController] Problem starting service jboss.j2ee:service=EJB3,name=org.jboss.tutorial.mdb.bean.ExampleMDB
      javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: DefaultJMSProvider not bound
