installer minimal pack: no deploy directory created

      When I run the installer and just select the "minimal" pack and then try to start the jboss instance, I get:

      13:58:53,221 ERROR [AbstractDeploymentScanner$ScannerThread] Scanning failed; continuing
      java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Program Files\jboss-4.0.3beta\server\default\deploy
      at org.jboss.net.protocol.file.FileURLLister.listMembers(FileURLLister.java:38)

      because the deploy directory does not exist.
