[PATH] make JBoss JSR-88 consult by ModuleType and return parent and children TargetModuleID

      Hello,

      This patch make JBoss JSR-88 return a type of J2EE Module to the methods DeploymentManagerImpl.getRunningModules, DeploymentManagerImpl.getNonRunningModules and DeploymentManagerImpl.getAvailableModules specified by ModuleType.

      The JBoss 4.0.2 return the modules without look by the ModuleType argument.

      TargetModuleID returned by JBoss dont include parent and children TargetModuleID, this patch fix this problem too.

      If this patch will be used in the JBoss version I hope to make the tests for this changes too.
