EAR Deployer should accept all explicit deployments and nothing else

      The EARDeployer has an isDeployable() method that tests for valid deployments.

      Instead, it should treat every explicitly listed deployment in application.xml
      or jboss-app.xml as deployable and leave it to the subdeployement mechanism
      to locate the deployer (if any).

      In the event there is no deployer for the subdeployment, this will be seen
      through the IncompleteDeploymentListing.
