Allow the testsuite to run completely against ${node0} instead of using localhost some of the time.

The only place the host is set for the majority of the non-cluster tests is the testsuite/output/resources/jndi.properties file. This could be overriden based on the hostname property, and this could be used instead of the localhost binding for the tests target.

This will also involve altering the various start-jboss macros in imports/server-config.xml to use node0 as the default IP to bind to.
