JDBC rar reports error during close() at WARN level

The JDBC rars log errors during the close() at WARN level.

Logging errors during the close operation is just noise, since it probably means
the connection was already broken.

These exceptions should be logged at DEBUG or TRACE level, just in case
somebody needs to see/consider them if strange behaviour has been found.
