Upgrade commons-logging to release 1.0.4

      The log wrappers in commons-logging 1.0.3 are not serializable ["Caused by: java.io.NotSerializableException: org.apache.commons.logging.impl.Log4JLogger"] which is very annoying when you want to serialize a class with a reference to a commons-logging Log object.

      This has been fixed in commons-logging 1.0.4 - See http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/logging/commons-logging-1.0.4/RELEASE-NOTES.txt

      The upgrade should just be a drop-in.
