Refactor the recovery logger interfaces so that it is not so tied to the design of the logger. For instance, the current logger only has an Xid parameter. We should probably pass in a list of XAResources that are involved with the transaction. Also, after each resource commit is called, pass in that too. A brainstorm of additional information should be thought up.
