Cleanup the error reporting output about faulty deployments

The output for all methods reporting faulty deployments (e.g. MainDeployer.checkIncompleteDeployments(), ServiceControler.listIncompletelyDeployed()) is a bit messed up with wrong indentation and extra info that could be avoided (e.g. empty depedency lists). Needs a little cleaning up, because it makes the error reports quite hard to read.
