Extend TransactionImpl so that it knows about the following DTM objects: Coordinator, Resource, and RecoveryCoordinator. Besides having a list of XA resources, a TransactionImpl instance will have a list of DTM Resources, each of which represents either a JBoss remoting-based resource or a (properly wrapped) OTS resource. It may also have a parent coordinator, which will be a DTM Coordinator (either a remoting-based coordinator or an OTS coordinator). If if has a parent coordinator, it must register itself as a Resource with that coordinator.

The TransactionImpl must drive the 2PC across all XA resources and DTM resources.

Logging and recovery are not included in this step.
