Update the AOP binaries and remove the aop modules

The aop deployer seems to no longer be built from the aspects module source. The current 4.0 branch binaries do not include the recent security changes and needs to be updated. If binaries are being used as the integration mechanism, there is no reason to be including obsolete source modules.
