When undeploying a *ds.xml file, the JCAConnectionFactory, JCAResource, JCAManagedConnectionFactory managed objects, which are created during deployment, are not undeployed. (See jmx-console)

When re-deploying the same *ds.xml file, the following message appears in console: "[JCAResource] Registration is not done -> stop"
