Use case for topics and queues incorrect.

The use-case for topic-queues does not describe the operation of the destinations page correctly. The existing text implies the console will display a list of all destinations. In fact, it only will display a list of either topics or queues, but not both.:

1. The user indicates to the system that they wish to view a list of all existing
destinations.
2. The system displays a list of destinations of queue and topic types.
