Generate configuration XSD schema and parse configuration XML files

Currently we have a hand maintained XSD schema and manual processing/reading of XML configuration documents. If we introduce annotations for configuration elements we could automatically create XSD schema as well as automatically read XML configuration files. The end results is much less maintenance for configuration part of infinispan.
