ProtobufValueWrapper needs a more efficient key transformer when used as key in an indexed cache

DefaultTransformer is very very wasteful. Right now (9.x) we do not put protobuf keys in cache wrapped in a ProtobufValueWrapper but we'll start doing that once we implement query on keys.
