Remove compat mode from the Hot Rod protocol

Compat mode is also leaked through the Hot Rod protocol, as the server sends a byte signalling if the cache has compat mode or not, and the client uses this to calculate key owners.

The server should send instead the MediaType of the keys to help such calculations in the client.
