Cassandra Cache Store is missing Custom Cache Store service manifest

Currently it is not possible to use Cassandra Cache Store as a Deployable Cache Store on the server. There are no proper /META-INF/services/org.infinispan.persistence.spi.AdvancedLoadWriteStore entry pointing to CassandraStore class.
