Avoid having expiration and eviction on for the default cache. Or, make sure you create a namedCache for '___hotRodTopologyCache' with sync replication, state transfer, no expiration and no eviction.

Impose limits on Hot Rod topology cache in order to avoid default cache having eviction and cluster view being expired.

On top of that, topology cache should be configured with REPL_SYNC.
