Interceptors should avoid forkInvocationSync

      BaseSequentialInvocationContext.forkInvocationSync() is useful for backwards compatibility, but it doesn't allow asynchronous execution. Interceptors should return early and use BaseSequentialInvocationContext.onReturn() instead.
